Ever since a power blackout, our fridge has not been cold but our freezer still works. Everything that’s in the fridge such as milk dies in only 3 days. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi there. I have an LG GF-5D906SL - 4 door fridge freezer with ice and water. I noticed it stopped producing ice yesterday. I downloaded the manual and did some troubleshooting and from what I can tell the fridge/freezer (even though they were turned right down overnight) are still not cooling /freezing properly which might be the cause. Just wondering when you would be available to have a look at it and how much you charge for diagnosis? And how much usually for regas if that is the issue? I am located in Bellbird Park. Fridge not holding its cool temp. Freezer is above fridge and seems to be defrosting some how. Seals may need replacing as they do look a bit worn. Bubbling/gurgling noise also in the back of the fridge also. Have moved recently and have only been experiencing issues since the move.
