LG washing machine won’t drain water. I’ve emptied filter but small drain hose is clogged and I can’t clean it. Not sure what else is causing it not to drain water. Bosch dryer wont dry. Turns on but it won’t spin.

Fisher and Paykel ED56 dryer. Think the belt needs to be changed - will attach a video link so listen to it and let me know. I can buy the belt off E-Bay so job would be to come to house, lift dryer off mount and change the belt.
