My Bosch Series 4 dishwasher works but only though the app. Buttons don't work, lights and display don't work.

We have moved in to a house and need the installation of washing machine and dish washer. We need a licensed plumber to help with the installation of our dishwasher and washing machine. Washing machine has the connections ready. Dish washer also seems to have the connection ready, but it needs the proper tools. I’ll share photos on that.
