AE error code on LG dishwasher, I believe need to pull out the bottom base layer and dry it, but I'm unable to get it out, and would like someone who has experience with this issue to resolve

Bosch dishwasher model SMS40E08AU starts, makes a couple of clunking noises, then goes quiet. After a few minutes the Check Water light comes on. No water appears to enter the machine. We've checked and cleaned the internal filters and inspected the drain area. We've also disconnected the AquaStop inlet and removed some green corrosion/debris, but the problem persists. Looking for an experienced Bosch dishwasher repair technician to diagnose and repair the fault, including checking the water supply and AquaStop inlet valve. We have a fisher and paykel dish drawer dishwasher that constantly turns itself on and off and won’t run a cycle because of it. We have previously had it repaired and he said it was a sensor issue or something, but a year later it’s happening again. Hi! My dishwasher is suddenly stopping mid-cycle, making a loud droning sound and then beeping 30 times. Detergent dispenser still closed when the dishwasher is opened. No standing water in base and filters look clean. Sink doesn't appear blocked. Possible pump issue? AD5DES the brand? It's an apartment building specific model I think.
