The cooktop has four cooking zones, and the glass is cracked across the surface, with damage to the front-left corner. Photos are attached. My existing 90cm electric, ceramic cooktop has a crack through it and needs replacing by someone suitably qualified to deal with the wiring. I have purchased an identical replacement on marketplace to be installed. There is an existing cooker switch, and the house was built in 2023 if that helps to understand the electricals - they should be up to code.
