Currently have a gas cooktop installed needs replacing looking for a gas fitter with the appropriate licensing to help me replace and certify the new gas cooktop installation

I have an older Blanco 4-burner gas cooktop in Camberwell. All 4 burners work normally when lit manually, and the flames appear normal. However, there is no clicking sound and no spark from any burner when turning the knobs. We need someone to visit my parents’ kitchen and measure up for a replacement built-in electric oven and separate four-burner gas cooktop. The existing appliances are older Smeg units, and we can’t access the openings underneath to measure them ourselves. Centre burner did not work and I cant ignite the flame. Tried to sand it but still no sparks. Other 4 burners working properly

Cooktop is ever so slightly small for benchtop cutout. Looking to either have a 2nd white trim piece installed on the right side to match gas cooktop, or have the current one removed and 2 new similar sized trim kit pieces installed (white). Without 2 in place the cooktop falls through the large cutout (right side), as the old cooktop was a 70cm (roughly) older model. Once installed will need to have the gas cooktop rubber seal reattached. Looking to get someone to help with sorting this out.

I have 5-burner, Whirlpool gas cooktop. The ignition spark isn't working in the central burner (big one). All other 4 burners have the spark when I press the ON knob. I need someone reliable, who can do this job. Thank you in advance. Yash.

My current setup is shown in the photos: I have a freestanding gas cooktop and an electric oven. I'm not sure whether my existing range hood is ducted or recirculating. I asked ChatGPT based on the photos, and it suggested that it might be a recirculating model. However, I also noticed a small vent on the outside wall that seems to line up with the cooktop area, so now I'm not sure. I'd really appreciate any advice from anyone who's done a similar upgrade: 1. Should I buy a ducted range hood or a recirculating one? 2. Do I need to hire two separate tradespeople—an electrician to check/install the high-power circuit for the induction cooktop, and a licensed gas fitter to disconnect and cap off the gas line?
