I'm buying second hand machine from a business who no longer is in operation. Machines have been sitting in residential garage for years and there is no way to test power onsite because it is a 3 phase. Starter gear not engaging when key turned

remove existing which has a hanging stainless steel frame installed through ceiling plaster and replace similar which is slightly larger. Will need hole in ceiling enlarged. Exhaust is plug in - not wired.
