Install a replacement 90cm Ilve Induction stovetop (I can buy it myself) swapping from existing Ilve gas cooktop. Remove / discard existing (fully working) stovetop - maybe you can sell it second hand yourself? Cap the gas line - either you are able to, or you can arrange someone to cap it 'at the meter', as I no longer need gas at all. I have easy access to the roof space (pull down stair ladder) to run cable, or under floor. Install all necessary wiring to my 'single phase' home, and ensure it looks nicely fitted with the existing electric stove. It's probably about a 20m distance from stove to the meter. I may also have two other electrical tasks to add later, but for now it's just this task to install the induction stove. No rush, but hope it can be done by end of this year. I am not clear on the options to swap the cooktop, as maybe it's not possible - from one AirTasker's comment, but if anyone knows it can - happy to pay for the conversion!
