Bosch washing machine is registering an Error code 18, which indicates there is a blockage somewhere preventing water from being drained. The issue is I have tried to remove the pump cover (see pic, red circled) and it is jammed. Have tried to descale the washing machine with hot water(vinegar and bicarb) several times but is still shut. This means I cannot complete the E18 troubleshooting advice. Need someone to assist in resolving this fault urgently

The washing machine is a Bosch Serie 8 Front Loader. It is displaying an E18 error message (the washing machine has detected a blockage in the filter, or a blockage or kink in the cold water inlet hose). The pump cover is stuck, probably indicating there’s a physical blockage there which is jamming it.

Error code e25 on Bosch dishwasher, did the regular troubleshooting... established that the dishwasher drain pump needs to be replaced.

Bosch serie 8 self cleaning condenser dryer is stopping after 5 mins beeping showing flashing the water tray full light. Believe sensor may be faulty as it is not full and clothes still wet.

I have a Bosch Wash/Dry 7/4 Series 6 machine. It is showing the error code E:18. The machine will wash but does not drain.

We've got a Bosch Maxx front load washing machine that needs a new rubber seal and clean. The machine is approximately 10 years old and works perfectly, but the rubber seal and drum (I suspect) is pretty dirty and disgusting from mould. Needs a new seal and clean, including filter clean. I will be more vigilant with the cleaning after this! I didn't realise how bad it could get! I tried to take out the seal myself to soak it in vinegar, but it's attached at the top via a small, flexible hose. I did not force it as I did not want to break it. I put the ring back on and it's working fine. As this is a small job that is not an actual repair, please quote a fair price. I don't want to be ripped off! Thanks heaps.
