Front loader washing machine Water won't drain

Wire ring has come out from seal. See pictures. Washing machine had been working well otherwise.

My vacuum cleaner is broken. The brand and model is LG - Smart Inverter Motor P9 140W bought in 2019. When I turn it on, it makes the normal noise when sucking in air but after 10-15 seconds that noise increases and gets really loud and then the vacuum turns off automatically. I've completely cleaned it so nothing should be stuck. I fear the motor is broken. Anyone in proximity to WAVERLEY NSW 2024 that can help ? Looking at getting this done ASAP but not specific time in mind. Thanks!

My Bosch dishwasher is not pumping water, power lights come on, I have cleaned all filters and Spray arms and nothing! Seems like a new pump could be the issue.
