One of my electrical shutters isn’t going up but I can hear the motor

Just moved in to a new house and my heating is not working. I need someone to come round and have a look at it. The control box on the wall lights up but I can’t get the heat to come on. I have switched it on outside. I took pictures of things outside my understanding is there is a water heater and a separate gas heater to heat the house. Hot water heater is working but no heat. I understand that you may need to charge more depending on on what needs to be to be done but we can work that out when you get here.

Lg front loader machine to fix, it has very load sound while spinning, have checked if there any thing stuck but nothing stuck in the drum I think motor need replacement as you see in the pictures is gone, also need to find what causing loud sound of drum
