Model: GDO-11V1 Securealift Ero When I use the remote, you can see the chain moving along the rail and of course you can also hear the motor working, while attempting to lift the garage door but in the end the garage door doesn't get lifted up.

Looking for recommendations please for a dishwasher technician, SMEG DWA6214S2 not draining. Have already tried basic trouble shooting (power on/off, pulling machine back to look for any obvious signs of kinked hose, tilted back 45 degrees to inactivate the anti flood setting but no luck).
