The heat & air are working - dryer just won’t spin. I assume it’s a broken belt

The rubber seal of the washing machine door (tub gasket) needs to be repaired - it is worn out and there is some smoke coming out when we are washing stuffs. Our budget for repair is $150 (excl part). The washing machine brand is Samsung 8.0kg WF8802RPF

There seems to be a blockage in my commercial ice machine.

Washing machine switches and cycle starts and chamber fills with water....after 5 minutes cycle freezes and lights start to flash

Automated remote-controlled garage roller door sometimes ‘changes its mind’ when closing - gets to 80% closed then abruptly starts opening itself again until fully open, and stays open. Doesn’t happen every time, but does happen regularly - at least once a day. Motor is a Sprint 1200SD; remote is ZT-07. I’ve tried checking for external obstructions (plants, leaves…) but the issue persists. Rang company that installed it for the previous owner, but they’re on holiday until 20 January.
