Washing machine is not spinning and the belt has come off.

I have an active Home Assistant running on its own server. Several automations eg Automatic garage door opening, or Tesla charging no longer function as intended. There are several issues that require repairing and I am unsure how to repair them. I’m not prepared to offer remote access so need someone to come to my house and fix the issues on my laptop and coach me at the same time.

We have a fisher and Paykel 2 draw dishwasher. Everytime we try and do a wash it will not start and all lights flash. We have tried to turn off over night from the powerpoint and the water but still no change. We were going to buy a new one but want to try see if it can be fixed.

My fridge is only 6 years old and it has just stopped working today. I need someone to come and fix it.

Washing machine Fisher and Paykel says no tap. Have checked hoses emptied filter, and did a reset. Still does the same thing.

I have a Technika Bellissimo dishwasher that has an overfill protection fault. It thinks there’s water in the underpan and is trying to empty it. I have tried removing the dishwasher and tilting it to get any water out but it has not worked. Need someone with expertise in dishwashers.

My fridge ice maker isn’t functioning properly. The small ice maker tray with a sensor cord we removed trying to fix it! Initially it made lots of ice, but most of the ice sticks together in a big chunk. Then when we realised the small ice concert was ice up, we removed it, but can’t manage to put it back. Now the large ice bin fills up with straight hard ice!

Fridge is playing up, control panel stopped displaying, ticking sound at back of fridge, sounded like start relay issue, fiddled with adjacent capacitor, ticking sound stopped and compressor seemed to kick in, now it's making whooping sound internally and intermittently stopping working

Fix freezer temperature and fridge temperature

I have an in-ground mounted cantilever umbrella by the pool. The internal spring cable has slipped and the umbrella won’t open. The cable runs inside the pole and needs re-routing and tension reset. Looking for someone experienced with outdoor umbrellas or similar mechanisms. Photos attached.

My F&P dish drawer dishwasher has stopped working. Even though the power supply is on there are no lights on the front of the dishwasher to suggest there is any power going to it. The model number is DD600CX9. I need a qualified person to please come and take a look as soon as possible.

It recently started only working on the quick cycle, and even then it sometimes stops after about 10 minutes with an error. When we try again, it usually works on the second attempt. It’s also leaking onto the floor and has become extremely loud while running. Brand: LG Model: WD13020D1

Bosch integrated dishwasher with error 31 displaying. Needs repair

My Haier washing machine was working fine in my previous house and since moving, it keeps displaying the Clean Filter message. I’ve drained the drum a number of times and cleaner the filter. There’s nothing blocking it. It appears to work until it goes to drain the water out and then the clean filter error appears. Can someone please help fix this?

I've had new oven racks delivered for an HNTB65XL model. Racks are onsite, just need installation. Need to organise access with the tenants to install.
