I have an arcade gaming machine where some wiring on the door might be loose as it keeps saying doors open

Our 2 door fridge has cooling issues on the refrigeration side. My husband pulled the fan off and defrosted the evaporator previously and it worked back to normal again. It has been 2 weeks since but now it is doing the same thing again. The fan can be heard scratching on something when the fridge door is opened before it comes to a stop. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue (if cost effective ). I have attached photos of the evaporator mid defrost, the fan assembly and the model tag. It is a Samsung Fridge.
