I require some assistance from someone who knows there way around bbq’s- specifically a Ziggy twin elite, one of the gas lines became blocked only two months after purchasing it brand new. It is not the actual burners that are blocked because I have changed those out for a new set and the same problem exists. It seems to be coming from the fuel line, I was told to put a needle down it to unblock it in case it was a spider, but that has done nothing. There is a small amount of gas coming out, but barely enough to produce any flame.

the adjustable pully handle has snapped off, it needs taking apart and a new one needs refitting. must be licensed and able to invoice us.
