The pump on my ASKO D3122 keeps running and won't turn off even if I turn the dishwasher off. Looking for someone to fix it please. Location Berala.
Daniel arrived late on a Friday at 8pm to diagnose the machine claiming it an easy fix to be done by Monday. After not hearing from him Monday, we called and he said it was a hard job and he needed a part and was very busy. We asked him when he could come in to finish the job but did not get a response from him. He didn’t return calls, wouldn’t reply to texts and when he did, he was defensive and rude. This dance continued to Thursday when I asked if he wanted to actually complete the job as it was clear he was accepting other jobs. He assured me he’d finish the job on the weekend (ten days after he initially accepted the task) and I asked him to give me a clear timeframe for arrival. No response and when I tried to cancel the job, I got a barrage of messages with reasons for delay and even told me that people were dying in this world and that I needed to get over it. I didn’t need this stress. I just wanted my dishwasher fixed by someone reliable and responsible.

I’ve oiled under the belt, but treadmill suddenly stopped working when running. I’ve tried to tighten the belt, but it seems like it’s also not that. I have tried to remove the cover, but it seems either stuck and needs some manoeuvring before it can come off to see whatever is going on inside-could need new belt.

I have an Asko dishwasher with a F11 error. I've tried using vinegar and baking soda but it still remains clogged. May possibly need a new pump (you'll have to supply as I don't know which one I might need).
