Where you attach electricity the three prongs has gone into machine easy fix I just don’t have the tools

My front-loader Samsung washing machine has started making a VERY loud noise when spinning - possibly something wrong with the drum? Looking for someone who can come out to take a look and diagnose the problem + let me know what is required to fix it.

Our dishwasher isn’t draining and we’re not sure why. Could just be a pump issue. If anyone has dishwasher experience let me know :)

Taking a washing machine out of a cupboard cavity so it can be repaired - washing machine is very heavy - may have water in it. Shelf above washing machine can be removed.
