Hi there, We supply and install EV chargers. While contracting out the EV charger installation work, we ran into an issue whereby our contractor may have tampered with a solar system config (i.e. didn't properly turn off the solar inverter while installing the EV charger). The customer received an email from AGL that there has been no solar feed-in after the charger installation. He's currently not able to utilise solar or getting feed in tariffs, so all of his electricity is coming from the grid. See attached some evidence of what the customer provided to us showing the error on his Fronius inverter. We're requesting someone to go out there ASAP to diagnose and fix the issue while on site.
