I have an outdoor balcony door (standard hinged) which needs to be replaced with a new wooden door (already painted) with an existing door frame. New door and current existing frame is standard size, so should not need resizing. Need an experienced handyman/carpenter to drill handle/lock hole, fit handle, hanging/aligning the new door to existing hinge and install door seal

One of the lift cables has detached completely from the drum/bracket area. The cable does not appear snapped, but the door is currently not being operated for safety reasons and will likely need the cable reattached, door re-tensioned/aligned and checked over.
