I have a townhouse in Pascoe Vale that needs an hour or two of general tidy-ups, including: Front area: * Trim anything that's too long, especially overgrowing on to or over the steps. * Remove weed in gutter above garage door. * Wipe down hand rails up steps to door. * Wipe down front door and threshold thereof. * Sweep steps and up to door. Patio area out back: * Remove dead leaves. * Remove weeds (everything green, no matter whether it’s coming above or below the fence). * Repair corner of awning that has come down. * If possible, see if green algae colouring can be removed from along base of the fence line. Indoors: * General dusting. Downstairs is particularly dusty, as are the doors and windows. * Remove dust from bath upstairs. * Remove dust from carpet in corner of one of the bedrooms. * See if you can work out why the upstairs bathroom cupboard won't close, and fix if possible. * This will sound strange, but there are a few items of mail piled around the front door; please open them (you have my permission). If it's junk, throw it away. If it looks important, please take a photo (see below). See attached photos (only showing patio area, unfortunately). The general goal is to get this place spick-and-span and ready for human habitation again! Task involves: * Text to arrange to pick up keys from real estate agent, just up the road in Glenroy. * Perform tidy-ups as described above. * Remove waste and return keys to agent afterwards. * Take a few general photos and email for me to release payment (front area and back patio at minimum). I will message you the property address, my email address, and the agent’s phone number. Property is vacant (so you'll have peace while you work), and on the Essendon side of Pascoe Vale. Any time of day in the next couple of days would be preferred.

Need a handyman for two door issues 1) top latch bit broken, I think the hinge below it has snapped I’m not sure but I think that’s the issue 2) hole in screen Screen measurements are 1900 x 800 Ideally tonight or tomorrow AM

Sliding door is not closing straight as per the photo

Looking for a reliable handy person to complete two small repairs at a rental in Pascoe Vale. Downlight in Bedroom 1 has fallen through – needs to be properly secured back into the ceiling. Balcony door latch is missing – need a suitable latch installed so the door can be locked securely. Photos attached. Our automatic garage door isn’t working. I think it’s just the chain has come off the track.

Our door came unhinged by accident. It's an old door and had rusty nails anyway. Looking for someone to fix with new nails and also make sure the problem os permanently fixed. Simple task and shouldn't take too long as long as you have the right nails.

Bathroom window to be replaced. Need it to be enclosed as the air gets through and slats are locked into place so unable to close. Space is 41cmx57cm

Bathroom extractor fan not working. Have tried cleaning it but power doesn't seem to be working. Also, bathroom door handle is coming off. Have tried tightening screws but won't tighten - handle on both sides loose.
