Issue: ● The automatic opener has stopped working over the last 2 days. ● The door opens and closes easily when operated manually, so it doesn’t appear to be jammed. ● The motor/remote isn’t opening the door automatically (needs diagnosis). Looking for someone with experience repairing B&D garage doors and automatic openers who can troubleshoot the issue and, if possible, fix it on the spot. Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.

Its a 6 panel bifold door system (from house to patio area). Whilst the doors and tracks are fine - its the runners (that feed into the track) that are broken. There are 4 x runners - 1x broken (snapped), 2x are bent, and uncertain about the last (doesn't look broken, but suspect bent - hard to see). Hopefully the photos help - happy to answer any questions.

Hi, hoping to get this laundry door repaired. The bottom is scraping on the floor, and the top has come off the rail.

Bathroom door has came off the tracks still moves back and forth but the slide is stuff. Door has got moisture in at the bottom will need about 10mm taken off
