I’m unable to close my external bifold doors. I need someone to attend and repair them today, as my apartment cannot be properly secured while the doors are open.

The bathroom cavity sliding door has come off the top track and is now hanging at an angle. It appears that one of the top rollers or hangers may have detached. Note, I didn’t notice any bracket or screw falling down, and I haven’t found any loose parts on the floor. The door is now hanging at an angle, so it may simply have come off the track. Please quote to rehang and align the door.

My garage door is not working properly. It appears that part of the lifting/connecting arm mechanism has broken or become detached, as shown in the photos. The door is currently difficult to operate and may also need the spring mechanism checked. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect and repair it. I need the Kitchen Pantry door repaired so it opens and shuts freely. Three of the four hinges are broken. Old hinges may need them all replaced and door adjusted so that it closes correctly.

Broken door needs repairing: Replace section of timber jamb as existing broken off. Re fix to frame and install strike plate. Patch and fill existing areas and make sure door closes and locks correctly. Supply install new Lockwood 001 D/L to front door as existing is broken and cannot be re used and is not secure. Looking for an experienced roller door technician to repair a commercial roller door. The roller door has come out of the side rail/track and is currently not operating correctly. See attached photo. Looking forward to get help repairing sliding glass door in my home. The property is ~ 35 year old and not sure about the age of this door as this section of the house was renovated by previous landlord. Hi, hoping to get this laundry door repaired. The bottom is scraping on the floor, and the top has come off the rail.

* Clean up shed inside * Repair door - does not open properly anymore (it’s tilted and grass in front is too high) * Install door handle in the door with new lock * not sure how much this would cost, can align on a price per hour

Bathroom door has came off the tracks still moves back and forth but the slide is stuff. Door has got moisture in at the bottom will need about 10mm taken off
