Double garage door stopped working yesterday. It looks like one of the springs is broken above - the power works, door can’t lift more than a few centimetres and feels heavy when handled manually. Can do Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd March if possible.

Door won’t close properly and is getting stuck against the door frame. Door frame is also scuffed so we would like to get that fixed too.

Hinge needs to be replaced in the shade door

Not able to close despite local techs came twice so required an experience tech. Door binds at the curved track and reverses at times manually assisted. It could be track alignment or roller issue as very noise /jerky movement upon going down, perhaps spring re-tensionising required door re-balancing ? New cable replaced few months ago.

Glass front sliding door not operating properly. It has become difficult to slide along the bottom guide rail, it becomes stuck and very hard to move and sometimes the door is difficult to lock. It looks like the door is not running parallel on the track. Photos attached.

The doors are falling off the 3 door wardrobe when its closed. It just needs a wedge of wood under the centre l think.
