Three things I would like to fix. One is the backyard door is unable to be locked. second is the built-in button of the toilet is currently not functioning. The last one is to change the light bulb on the ceiling

We had a sliding door for our bathroom and this is not sound proof so we would like to install a door that comes out towards hallway.
