Minor damage on trim of garage door

We would like to change the doorknobs for our bedroom doors and replace them with a new ones with keys. (The black color in the picture) We need someone to help us to make a bigger hole on the door to fit the new one. The old ones needed smaller holes on the door. I will add a picture for more clarity. Front doors have just been painted and we need the new door seals cut and fitted to the front door.

I have an internal toilet door that opens on the left into the toilet area. I need it to open from the left outwards. My elderly ill father-in-law is struggling to use the toilet as it is a small area making it difficult to get around the door and close it once on the toilet. I understand it will make new holes in the frame but I am not concerned about cosmetic appeal, just functionality. Plus I assume the door handles may need to be flipped as well so it closes correctly and the handles turn as they do now. Am flexible on time of day.
