I have an older-style internal sliding door that has a top-hung mechanism that has dropped or is stuck. One hanger is loose and likely needs replacing, or the full mechanism needs to be replaced. See images in the posting.

Sliding door for wardrobe is not sliding smoothly.

The side door to the garage is not opening properly and is sticking in the frame along the side. This is causing the door to jam when attempting to open or close it. The issue is with the side entry door to the garage, not the main roller door. Also the bathroom door knob is not properly working.

Install barn door to laundry

The base of my garage door is broken. I’d like someone to come and repair it, or replace it if necessary.

I recently had a solar battery installed in my backyard, however it doesn’t have a shade and is a small job for a sheet to be placed over the battery as it is exposed to heat and rain. We can buy the material needed, I just needed someone to complete a neat job placing the sheet appropriately.
