Previous tenants have boarded up windows by screwing in plywood and sealing with expanding foam. They have also added planks of wood around door frames, floors and window frames that have been screwed in. It’s a patio dog door (brand: La Luna). I want it to be permanently installed on my patio. I have the door ready with installation manual or instruction. The installation video is available online, for you to get familiar with. Please google La Luna Dog Door Installation (I couldn’t put the links on here)

Install 4 x internal doors including all hardware (hinges, door lever and latch set). All doors and hardware supplied.

Need our external door handle tightened. It has no external screws or small hole to release spring. All elements to the handle are internal

I require someone to cut the security mesh using an angle grinder so that I can install the dog door.

Cabinet door needs attaching to new bin unit

Have put 90% together just needs an electric drill to tighten off the screws all over and the canopy to be put on. Tried to get the canopy to work but gas lift connectors don’t seem to retract so not sure how to do it!

Needing to have a glass door put back onto existing hinges. Door was removed and changed to another with a dog door. Rental lease is up and now needing to reinstall the existing door. Unsure if existing screws can be used or not. Require someone with experience.
