I need the balcony area cleaned of an apartment I just bought. The previous resident had plants which have left a layer of dirt/mud. It needs a good scrubbing and rinsing (see photos) I also need cleaned the outside of the windows above (which are windows to property I also own) and get rid of some cobwebs. See photo. The windows are about 3m high but I have a large ladder than can reach. There isn’t any hose on the deck outside, but there is drainage. I can provide buckets, water supply inside the apartment and a ladder if you need. You’d need to provide any other cleaning gear/products to scrub

Building work is complete and has been cleaned by builders but it requires a further deep clean including timber decking and external louvres
