4 shop locations Prahran Malvern Richmond Fitzroy. They need only external window cleaning on 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. In and out windows cleaning on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Done between 7-11am. Takes a professional 3.5hrs to do both in n out of all 4 shops, inc travel time, since shops are close to each other. And 1.5hrs to do external only. This is ongoing work. Total 10 hrs a month. Comes down to $50an hour or $500 a month
