Hello!! My partner and I are getting married at the Old Treasury in East Melbourne. We are booked for the classic ceremony which is maximum 30 minutes long. Location: Old Treasury, East Melbourne Date and Time: 22nd August 2026 at 11:30 I would like photos to be taken before outside the venue, during the ceremony and after the ceremony outside the building and the grounds next to the location. Maximum 2 hours work. We are only having two guests with us and so mainly it will be photos of us and maybe a couple with our witnesses. We are doing it on a budget as we are expecting a baby!

I need a florist or event stylist to set up for wedding only for the reception NO ceremony. It’s an easy job the florals will already be designed & pre-made - no floristry needed. Pick up wedding florals at Deanside VIC 3336 and delivery/set up at Mickleham 3064. Setting up items at reception for 13 guest tables and bridal table (this may slightly change later but not too much as we’re still finalising): ~13x floral centrepieces ~ 13x mini table lamps ~ 45 tealight candles ~ 20 hurricane candles ~ 4 ghost plinths ~ 4x big floral centrepieces ~ 1x bar centrepiece ~ 1x wishing well centrepiece ~ 1x welcome sign + floral centrepiece (may not need you to set this up) ~ 1x seating chart (we may not need you to set this up) Schedule and run sheet will be sent to you closer to the date. It’s just placing candles, floral centrepieces, welcome sign, etc. I need you to transport these items to the venue to set up too (only ~40min drive). I need someone with a good eye for event styling , preferably a florist or stylist with wedding styling experience.

Its an intimate engagement ceremony according to Muslim Traditions. We will have a lil indoor photoshoot followed by outdoor, or it may be fully outdoor in a park in or around the CBD/flemington. It would be in the afternoon and with a 2hr minimum availability.
