I’m looking for wedding photography. My wedding will be in Queenscliff VIC on the 12th of December this year. I will need about 8-10 hours of photography starting with getting ready at about 12 pm to the end of the reception. We are a pretty relaxed couple but of course want our day to be documented in a beautiful way. Wedding ceremony is in a Catholic Church and reception is in a Victorian boutique hotel which will house my immediate family and closest friends. An intimate cocktail style wedding. Two long tables need 3 florals each (in total 19 people sitting in long tables) the other space with several small tables (staff will move away the chairs but the tables will stay) hoping the space become a photo space, so need some decor to make it special (like balloons, flowers etc) The style needs to be yellow, green, white. We need someone to do a 2hr ONLY wedding shoot for us. We are having a 30mins ceremony and some photos before and after totalling a MAX time of 2hrs. We are having a very budget wedding, we are keeping costs low where possible but feel some professional photos would be really special. Ideally this would include all raw shots plus ‘x’ amount of edited photos all digital after. There are only 15 people total including bride and groom! Hi, we had our civil ceremony at home in December 2025. We have about 895 pics taken by the photographer, who unfortunately didn’t mention that the price didn’t include editing. We are getting married at a venue in the Melbourne CBD on 10th Jan 2026. We are organising about 100 KFC snack boxes to be delivered to the venue towards the end of the night as a ‘late night snack’ for the guests. We are looking for 1 person experienced in wedding coordination or hospitality who can receive the KFC delivery on the night, arrange the food onto platters so the bride and groom can serve them to guests on the dance floor. We also need the person to arrange the remaining boxes (that are not on platters) on a table for the guests to pick up themselves if they want. We hope that the people for this job can wear professional attire to match the formality of the night. The KFC should be delivered at about 9:45pm and the job should take no more than an hour.

I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend on Saturday, 6th of December at Botanical Gardens in Melbourne. I would like someone to take secret photos of the proposal itself and then after the moment I will let my partner know and we can get some more nice photos together with the ring etc. Proposal will happen before noon 10AM - 12PM, we can discuss specifics regarding timing etc. Someone with experience with photography at the gardens is preferred.
