We mainly need someone to manage timings, help oversee setup, and handle the changeover from ceremony to reception. ⸻ Event details • Location: Private property in Mount Duneed (Geelong area) • Date: Friday 29 January 2027 • Guests: ~80 people • Ceremony: 2:30 pm (guests arrive from 1:30 pm) • Cocktail hour: 3:00 pm • Dinner & dancing: From 5:30 pm • Finish: Around 10:30 pm ⸻ Hours needed Approx 9:00 am – 10:30 pm (happy to discuss shorter or split shift if needed).
