He responded to any form of communication immediately, showed up with his colleuge and took complete control of heating up and serving food to guests, and made sure everything was kept clean. He even took the initiative to go buy some paper plates from the shops when one of our caterers didn't supply any. I would highly recommend Petrus for any event you're holding.
