Hi we looking for someone to grinder and remove existing waterproofing membrane from a planter box make it ready for new waterproofing

The building has ongoing water ingress / waterproofing issues affecting several areas, including external tiled areas, planter boxes and other associated building elements. Some remedial works were previously commenced but were not fully completed. At this stage, we are looking for an experienced contractor to: Attend the site and inspect the existing conditions; Identify the likely sources of water ingress and waterproofing failure; Review any previously completed or partially completed repair works; Recommend a practical remedial solution; Clearly identify what works are genuinely necessary and what areas require repair; Provide an itemised quotation, including labour, materials, waterproofing system and associated works; and Advise on expected timeframe, warranties and any approvals/design documentation required before commencement. This is an existing strata residential/commercial building, so experience with strata remedial works, waterproofing, balconies/terraces, planter boxes and external tiled areas is highly preferred.

I am installing a shower into my laundry. The job involves: 1. Remove all remaining tiles in laundry, mostly floor and skirting (see photos). 2. Construct a shelf in the shower out of existing bricks, and tile over these. 3. Possibly construct a hob and tile this. 4. Waterproof shower area. 5. Tile the shower area. 6. Tile the floor. 7. Tile some walls up to 1m high. 8. Tile a splashback along one wall. Approx tiling surface area = 15m2. Approx waterproofing area = 4m2. Tiles will be supplied by me.

I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
