Note: New grout colour will differ from existing due to fresh application. 6. Reinstallation • Reinstall the shower frame securely. 7. Silicone Application • Apply high-quality white ceramic silicone to shower internals. • Apply high-quality clear ceramic silicone to the shower frame. 8. Grout Protection • Saturate wall and floor grout with Sheild for enhanced durability.

I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. The scope of works includes: - Assessing and waterproofing the shower area to stop the leak. - Repairing water damage to the basement ceiling directly below the bathroom, caused by the shower leak. - Providing a detailed written quote outlining the required repairs and costs. Edit: Pending - thanks everyone for their offers… currently engaging warranty team for builder before having outside trades attend. Leak suspected in upstairs ensuite shower causing staining on bottom floor roof. Main bathroom shower also might have a leak as well so we want to have a dye test / check waterproofing levels for both showers. We would also like the pipes inspected as sometimes water comes up from the floor drain when washing hands in basin. Ensuite shower head constantly has slow drip if that can be fixed as well. We would like this done ASAP if possible or within the next few days as we want to stop any leaks before we have mould issues.

Twenty (20) square metre tiled Deck is around 20 years old and was retiled 10 years ago. A slow leak has developed onto the patio below over the last year or so. Tiles are dirty but otherwise in good condition but groutings have deteriorated in some spots. Deck will need to be fully cleaned ; grouting applied to gaps. Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
