Hi, I’m looking for someone to take on a renovation job that includes a laundry renovation and adding a shower head to the toilet area. The work will involve plumbing, waterproofing, and retiling. This post is main for looing for people for the non-plumbing works to come to see the area. if you are intesrted let me know. The space is ready to go, and I’m hoping to get started as soon as possible. My budget is around $4,000–$5,000 for labor in total, and I’ll cover the cost of materials on top of that. High moisture has been detached on the wall where shower is connected. It could be due to waterproofing or leakage behind the tiles. I'm looking for qualified tiler or water proofer who could do the job.

10 year old sink clips and seals decided to disintegrate so my kitchen sink is just kind of floating around my bench now, so I'm looking for a plumber to repair and replace the clips and seals and re-waterproof around the sink. Also want to get someone to look at the sink drain pipes and make sure everything is all good and/or if there's any way to adjust the pipes to make the drain more optimal or take up less of the under-sink cabinet. Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
