Need someone to help us unblock a toilet in Mentone

Fix 4 basin taps and 4 shower taps that leaks. Previous plumber did a band-aid job and the leaks started again after a few months. Another issue is the Hot/Cold nuts keep dropping off the shower taps and causing the handle to come off. I need a 1-year warranty on these fixes as I don't want another band-aid solution. I am open to proposals for long term solution eg replacing tap handles? Most important is the leaking fix though. Thanks.

Received a massive water bill And found Meter is running fast like without any water use in the house. No visible wet area in garden/wall/ceiling. No leaking cistern and taps. A plumber who came and couldn’t find anything recommend getting a leak detector. If you are confident in FINDING the leak and fix it, please let me know. Price negotiable if you are confident that you can do the job (as I can’t affords to pay someone without any outcome again...)
