outside tap leaking and needs washer changed

Fixing a water leak in the pipe and replacing the tap. The leak is at the bottom of the pipe where I’ve tried to tape it up to control it but it needs something permanent as it’s still leaking. - Due date: Before Monday, 7 November 2022

After flushing my toilet, there’s a very loud water hammer noise. I think it’s coming from the water hose connection that vibrates when turning it on.

We want to install benchtop and cabinets similar to attached picture. Note that we might need slight modifications since our space is only 155cms. Pipe is leaking at entry to house for toilet. We have turned mains water off for now and think this pipe can just be capped off as there is a tank water pipe also going to this toilet. We will be back late afternoon on 4th so would like to have this fixed first thing on 5th.

Have an existing shower space wish to add freestanding bath to. Utilise existing drain if possible and no requirement for seperate fixtures as will use shower fixture. Would like to ensure drainage done correctly and the apartment concrete floor will take the weight. May need glass shower screen removed and refitted to install bath. After a plumber to attend and advise options and costs for work to then be completed. Price of course as required. Also need to look at shower temp valve in second bathroom as water not very hot.
