Looking for professional waterproofer for granny flat. There is water that has leaked through the wall from outside resulting in molding and the wall becoming soft. The water from the shower area is leaking to the carpet. The plumber did the plug test and confirmed the leak is due to waterproofing. The first two photos are from the plug test, the other two photos are the condition of the tiles and sealing. Perhaps only need re-grouting and waterproofing, but I am open for any expert recommendation, hopefully not to retile the shower floor.
