Bathroom leak causing damage to timber floor in nearby bedroom. The damage (about 6 m²) appears to come from the wall next to the bathroom. No visible leaks in shower or toilet; bathroom usually dry but can get wet after showers. Strata has denied waterproofing failure, so I need a licensed plumber to inspect using professional leak detection tools and provide a written report that may be used for Fair Trading.

We have a micro pond with mosaic tiles. The water level is dropping within 24hrs and then stops around the bottom 1/8. So we expect it is leaking from the side somewhere but cannot identify the issue. Looking for a cost effective solution to fix the water issue without demolition works.

In search of opinion of rectification and management - very small leak on building and pest to a channel drain shower outlet on a raised. Queenslander. Flange drain and properly waterproofed at the time- able to show receipts but waterproofer has closed shop and is uncontactable. ASAP as need fixed for sale.
