Need to install hybrid waterproof flooring in bathroom and toilet area

On my lower roof area accessible via a ladder (3m high) I need waterproofing applied. I have the material. Just needs to be brushed on top of screeded area as shown in photos. Underneath the screed has another layer of waterproof already this is just to stop water holding in the screed.
