Install plumbing and drainage for a washing machine connection. Install a gas stub for a gas stove (I already have the appliance). Ensure all plumbing is compliant and safe. Electrical Work Install a new air conditioner in a bedroom (split system). Add new power points in a few locations around the house. Advise and complete any required electrical work for the second kitchen setup (rangehood, stove area, etc.). Ensure all work is done to Victorian electrical standards. General Notes I have already purchased some of the appliances (gas stove, sink fixtures, etc.). I am looking for someone licensed, reliable, and experienced with both plumbing and electrical renovations. Happy to organise a time for you to inspect before quoting.
