My washing machine won’t drain the water out or run properly on its cycle need someone to have a look and maybe fix

We have just moved into our new home and need help installing our Samsung washing machine. We attempted to install it ourselves, but the machine is showing error code 1E, which appears to mean the washer is not detecting water entering the machine. We think it may just need proper connection to the water inlet and a quick check to ensure everything is installed correctly (hoses, taps, etc.). The washing machine is already in the laundry it just needs to be connected and tested to make sure it runs properly with no leaks. Looking for someone who has experience installing washing machines and can help troubleshoot the error if needed. Thank you!

My Bosch washing machine filter has stuck and while doing so, the filter knob has broken. Hence, I need someone to replace filter of the machine.

Just moved into a new house and need my washing machine installed. It will be installed in the fridge space next to the laundry sink. There is a cabinet wall between the fridge space and under the laundry sink where the washing machine taps are. There are already 3 holes in the cabinet for hoses but they aren't wide enough to fit the hoses through, so they may need to be made wider to accommodate, probably with a hole saw and a drill. The washing machine will need to be moved from garage to laundry, but I have a trolley and can assist, and there are no flights of stairs.
