Washing machine leaking from drum, I believe the spring has come off the rubber and I don’t know how to put back.

I am getting a mouldy smell from the front loader washing. Machine which is only 2 years old. I think I need to replace and purchase a rubber seal for it

My fisher and paykel washing machine gives frequent balance off error while rinsing. While checking online, it seems the suspension rods have worn off. Need to replace them. I can get the suspension rods from Bunnings

My Bosch washing machine filter has stuck and while doing so, the filter knob has broken. Hence, I need someone to replace filter of the machine.

Washing machine gets stuck while running and do not drain the water out. Then we have to select Drain and spin to flush the water out. It shows ER as an error.

Just moved into a new house and need my washing machine installed. It will be installed in the fridge space next to the laundry sink. There is a cabinet wall between the fridge space and under the laundry sink where the washing machine taps are. There are already 3 holes in the cabinet for hoses but they aren't wide enough to fit the hoses through, so they may need to be made wider to accommodate, probably with a hole saw and a drill. The washing machine will need to be moved from garage to laundry, but I have a trolley and can assist, and there are no flights of stairs.
