Change out r.o faucet in kitchen

Remove old facet and Replace kitchen faucet.

I need to have a 75 gallon gas water heater replaced asap. Existing water heater is leaking and is located in a closet in my garage.

My 2016 juke is leaking gas from the bottom back passenger area. From the side I put in gas.
