I am on a keto/paleo diet due to health issues and food allergies. My husband also has food allergies, but is not on a keto or paleo diet. We need help planning and prepping meals that work with both our diets. What I'm looking for is someone to put together a menu (I have several recipes that we enjoy, and would love to have someone suggest new recipes for us),organizing shopping lists, and to help with prep for the meals. I try to make a menu for a whole month at a time, so menu planning would only need to be once a month and I'll probably need to work with you on it the first couple months.. From there, I would like this person to come over once a week or so and cut vegetables, make sauces and snacks, and maybe make 1-2 dishes. I am not looking for someone to do all our cooking for us, just to help. I do want to work with someone who knows how to work with whole foods and who enjoys food and cooking on their own, too. I am really unsure how the pricing would work for this idea, so please give me feedback on how you'd like to see it work. The price I'm listing is for one menu and one week of meal prep.
