Your housekeeper will bring along all the products and equipment they need to clean and maintain your home - all you need to do is tell them what you need to be done. Here’s how they can help:
Cleaning
The most common housekeeping service involves cleaning. This could include general cleaning, like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom cleaning. Or it might include detailed cleaning tasks like couch, curtain, floor, fridge, and rug cleaning. Depending on the number of tasks you’d like your housekeeper to complete, they may clean for just an hour or up to the entire day. Your housekeeper will discuss a time convenient for you, the tasks you need to be done, and the timeframe it should take to complete these tasks. If needed, they can bring their own cleaning supplies, like a vacuum cleaner and feather duster.
Organizing and tidying
Many housekeepers offer professional organizing services, where they help organize and tidy all areas of your home. This includes desks, filing cabinets, stationery, linen, wardrobes, toys, kitchen cupboards, garage interiors, and more. They’ll pull out all the items, organize them by category, and help you choose what you should keep, donate, or bin. Grocery Shopping & Meal Prep (Main Task) • Walk 2 blocks to Trader Joe’s with a shopping list we provide. • Return to our apartment and cook 2–3 simple recipes (we’ll provide instructions and all equipment). • Portion meals into containers and clean up the kitchen afterward. 2.
