Cleaning out a residential home because the sellers moved to a senior living community. There are several valuable items, but I live out of state and can't take the time to do it.

Family of 4 need organization and sorting of old clothes, toys, stuff now that kids are teenagers. Clean out closets, sort and put away laundry with kid's and adult's help. Wash and put away dishes and when clean out is done we need a deep cleaning and painting entire house if it is a reasonable cost. I am not working due to back and neck fusion and surgery making it hard to clean and put things away. But because I am not working, I need the price to be as low as possible and when I am able to then go back to work, I will have the house cleaned regularly.

I have had medical issues since 2008 and especially since 2013 that have caused disability. I have not been able to purge and sort and organize and deep clean and maintain and fix my household. It is so cluttered that we are overwhelmed and depressed and ashamed. Although I personally realize that my health has not allowed me to be able to do any better, but we are to the point that we aren't teaching our kid's good organization and health habits. My husband has depression and he is limited my ability to get help. He doesn't want anyone in the house. We have not been able to get things fixed because the house is too messy that he will not let anyone in to help us. I have minimal money because we are both not working. So an organizer that wants thousands or hundreds is out of the question. I need help. I feel trapped. We cleaned some of the kitchen dishes but we can only seem to accomplish a small task daily. It is extremely overwhelming for us and for the kids. I am physically unable to bend or lift which limits me. My husband is not used to picking up after himself and kids have gotten lazy.
