Mount a 70 inch tv on the wall

We've recently moved into a new house. We need to arrange and re-arrange furniture in various room. There will be at least one carpet to unroll. This work will need TWO PEOPLE for this budget. We also need to unmount three TVs from their wall mounts and then re-mount them when the TVs are plugged in. This simply involves lifting two 53 inch and one 65 inch TV off their mounts and rehanging them when the wiring is plugged in properly. Would not expect this work to take more than an afternoon or part of an afternoon. Target dates for work are between November 9 and November 19th 2026.

There is electricity in the ceiling with a junction box that is currently covered. you will need to convert that into a plug point--which I would like flush into the ceiling. Then, you will need to install a motorized TV mount on to the ceiling (NOTE: Ceiling is cement). And then add the tv to the mount. We have the exact same setup in the bedroom that was done a few years ago. The image you see below with the TV on the ceiling is how it was done in the bedroom and is roughly how it will look when finished in the living room--except it will plug in and not be hard wired.

I want all the panels facing the same direction with a clean, even finish. Please reuse my existing panels, and any leftover panels can be removed. I would like to keep my TV and floating cabinet in their current positions. Please let me know if this can be done and the cost for labor only.
