My Samsung TV (model UN55RU7100F, version FA04/URU7100, manufactured August 2019) won’t turn on properly. When I plug it in and try to power it on, the red standby light blinks once slowly, pauses, and then blinks twice quickly. The screen stays completely black. I’ve tried a full power reset and different outlets, but there’s no change. I also briefly saw horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen before it stopped displaying anything at all. Based on what I’ve read, it might be a T-Con board or backlight failure, but I’d like a proper diagnosis and repair estimate. The TV was purchased in 2020.

A few years ago, a DirecTV installer, severed my rooftop antenna's coaxial cable. DirecTV denies this happened but that installer was the only person on the roof. I'm fighting with DirecTV right now but would like to get some estimates to run new coax into my apartment. There is very easy access from my patio to my roof; no gigantic ladders are needed - just someone very experienced with this kind of work.
