Install a mailbox in front yard

Accident occured and a driver hit mailbox post snapping it in half. Clearing atea it was noted that appears to be concrete fill. Would like concrete removed or post installation a few inches over if deemed more cost efficient.

I want replace a mailbox lock on my box. The old lock style does not match the new lock I bought. I can't remove it. I tried. I also want the new lock installed. I imagine this shouldn't take long. The first photo is the lock I am having trouble with which I have key for. The second is the new lock. Please only reasonable quotes only.

Put up curtain rods, after determining the measurements and placement of the rods. The windows are 9 feet high, but the rods are going to be placed around the 4.5 feet mark (At the half mark of the window size)

I bought curtains and rods for my living room and dining room . All windows are same size . I can’t do it myself because I threw my back out and have company coming this weekend. Looks like a straight forward job because all windows are the same size and rods go for ceiling to floor.
