My vanity mirrior fell did not break but it seems the wiring to the lights have been detached is there anyway it can be fixed or do I need to buy a new one?

I have an 03 ranger and recently somehow a small handful of wires managed to become exposed and came in contact with one another I need to replace about 2ft of wire from pcm to where it is exposed on the harness as well as O2 sensor wires to rewired in Pcm will be provided as well as O2 sensors and connectors i'll need to have an automotive keysmith come and cut a new key to the ignition for the pcm on the day a tasker is able to come perform the repair work
