Diagnose and repair two ceiling fan wall controls

Diagnose & Repair Ceiling Fan Wall Controls (2 Bedrooms) I have two modern ceiling fans in my condo, each with: * A handheld remote that works perfectly (fan speed and light control). * A hardwired wall-mounted fan/light controller. * An RF receiver installed with the fan. The * Master bedroom: The wall controller flashes continuously and none of the buttons work. The handheld remote controls the fan normally. * Guest bedroom: The wall controller does not flash, but none of the buttons work. The handheld remote controls the fan normally. The fans themselves work perfectly. This appears to be an issue with the wall controls communicating with the fan receivers, rather than a wiring or power problem. I’m looking for someone experienced with: * DC ceiling fans * RF fan receivers/remotes * Fan wall controller pairing/programming * Replacing fan receivers or wall controllers if necessary Please only respond if you’ve worked on modern remote-controlled ceiling fans before. I’d like the problem diagnosed first, and then repaired if possible. If replacement parts are needed, I’d like advice on the best solution. I can provide photos of the wall controls, remotes, and receiver if helpful.

What do fan installers do?
Even if you know how to install ceiling fan wiring, the installation must be done by a licensed electrician to avoid the danger of electrocution. If you're having more than one fan installed on the same day, each additional ceiling fan installation will usually cost less than the first.
Your electrician may also be able to help you install other types of fans around your home, such as an exhaust fan or outdoor fan, or other electrical fittings such as lighting.
Ceiling fan replacement
If you're replacing an older ceiling fan or your room already has a ceiling outlet, the electrician can complete a like-for-like ceiling fan installation. This usually takes less than an hour and involves removing the existing fan, assembling and installing the new fan, and connecting the wiring. You should also your installer whether they will dispose of the old fan or if you need to do this yourself.
New connection
If you don't already have a ceiling fan and there is not a suitable connection in the ceiling, this will need to be set up before your ceiling fan can be installed. This takes longer and costs more than replacing an existing fan. The electrician will need to run wires through the walls and ceiling and install wall switches.
Fan with lighting
The same ceiling outlet can power a light fitting and a fan if you want to save space in a smaller room or avoid clutter. Ceiling fan and light packages can be purchased together, or they may be installed separately by a qualified electrician.
Ceiling fan repair
If your ceiling fan isn't working properly or is making noises and you can't fix it yourself, hiring an electrician for ceiling fan repair will cost less than buying and installing a new fan – unless the fault can't be repaired and you need a replacement.
