Find caulking service in California

I’m in need of a few homes repairs… 1 shower and multiples sink caulking, clothes closet wooden rod installation, bedroom door hinge reattached. I live in the Saugus area.

- sink caulking is warn and missing; needs to revealed properly properly - ceiling ac vent is missing a screw and loose, needs to be stabilized and screwed back in - lower edging of shower needs to be resealed, stripped in places.

I have a leak in my second story sunroom

I just need a silicone gasket put on my Volkswagen, I was going to do it by myself, but I didn’t want to risk it, there for I will just have professional handle it. I have the silicone, and the degreaser do clean out all the old oil and gunk. Which I can do, also. Question I have is… do I need to also replace the O- ring gasket for the oil sensor? Because I’m having a hard time finding that.
