We’re hosting a beach day at Huntington Beach on Wednesday, October 7 and are looking for two people to help with setup and breakdown of a beach lounge rental near Tower 11. The rental company will meet you at the beach access with all of the equipment packed into a wagon. The setup includes: - one 10x10 shade canopy - one 6x6 shade canopy - two beach umbrellas - 4 daybeds - folding beach chairs - rugs + floor pillows - small side tables - cooler Morning setup: Meet the rental company at the Tower 11 beach access, bring the wagons onto the sand, set up the two canopies and umbrellas, and arrange the remaining gear before the group arrives. Afternoon breakdown: Return later that afternoon, break everything down, repack the gear into the wagons, and bring them back to the same beach access for pickup by the rental company. Most of the gear simply needs to be carried out and arranged. The two canopies are the main items requiring assembly, and the rental company provides detailed setup/breakdown video instructions that I’ll share in advance. We expect about 1–1.5 hours on each end (2–3 hours of work total per person). No specialized event experience needed. Mainly looking for someone reliable, comfortable moving gear across sand, and able to follow the provided setup instructions. Also want to make sure that you’re comfortable with the split timing and returning later in the day for breakdown.
