Hi, I’m looking for local seamstresses who would be able to sew about 50 name tapes into the children’s school uniform ready to start school.

Make a silk dress. Pattern already made.

I need 8 x v simple curtain panels to be made out of a silver stretch jersey as pictured, fabric has already been purchased. The dimensions to be 1.5m wide (the natural width of the fabric) .x 2.15m high, with stitching all around to tidy it and a fold over to thread the pole through. I know curtains aren’t usually made out of stretch jersey, but a simple stitch/overlock will do. I understand because of the stretch nature of the fabric it may not be perfect.

I need to sew 2x 3M led strip with a sewing edge to a fur coat, doesn't need to be a delicate job. This is for a festival I did it last year with safety pins

I have a dress that I cut into a skirt, but I cut it below the original waistband seam, so it now needs some work to make it wearable. I need someone to create a new waistband so the skirt fits my size, add elastic (or another suitable method) to secure the waist comfortably, and finish or hem the raw edge so it looks neat and won’t fray. I still have the cut‑off piece of fabric if that helps. I don’t have a sewing machine or elastic, so you would need to bring tools and supplies or let me know what to buy. I’d like the finished waistband to be stretchy and comfortable.

I have an Emma mattress which has a broken zip. I planning to replace but I need a temporary fix to sew the lining together in the interim. It needs to be strong thread. I'm useless at sewing. Can you help?
