My sewing machine (Brother PX-100) is not stitching correctly (stitches are loose, needle keeps getting stuck in the fabric, bird nesting keeps happening) - I’ve tried so many different ways to fix it (rethreading, changing bobbin tension, experimenting with stitch tension/length/width, cleaning & oiling and so on) but nothing works!

I have a bundle of clothes that need repairs (moth damage / tears etc), and also other alterations like jeans being taken up.

I have two sewing machines that needs to be serviced and repaired. One of them it seems to be what I believe timing with the needle. The other one doesn’t seem too serious either but both not sewing as they used to. One of them is a Singer Heavy duty 5523 mechanical and the other one is a computerised Necci. I use both for just mine alterations around the household, but I do need them done sooner rather than later. I did it before Christmas.
