Apply mesh and 2 coats of render. I will paint myself. It's 16m by 1m. Easy access to the rear and side of garden. Parking on my drive is available plus permits if needs be.

Exterior 1. Front garden wall (some brick tiles need to be relaced – make good) 2. Rending about 30 cm height at the bottom of outside wall of end of terrace 3. Patches of rendering (two spots) have blown on the surface of the front wall of the house and needs repair. Currently there is scaffolding "left" and not retrieved by builders that can be used. They are meant to pick it up but so far they have not so this can be used for now. please respond only if you have experience of working with external rendering with correct render mix not just a basic cement mix. The house is 100 years old.

The external render seems to have a hairline crack. This needs to be filled up. If there's any other cracks those need to be filled up too. I can't see any. I can only see one..but somehow the wall inside a lot of condensation and fungus in the winter. The back of the house also has one or two cracks that need filling up.
